Heat oil in large saucepan over high heat. Add beef and cook, stirring occasionally, until browned.
Add onion, celery, and garlic. Cook, stirring occasionally, until vegetables are softened. (~8 minutes).
Stir in tomatoes and oregano, breaking up tomatoes with wooden spoon.
Stir in broth and bring to boil.
Reduce heat to medium-low, and gently boil until vegetables are tender. (~8 minutes).
Add gnocchi, and cook until just tender. (~3 minutes).
Remove from heat. Stir in spinach, salt, and black pepper.
Sprinkle each serving with grated parmesan.
